You Bet!!! We scan all our sites weekly for plugin and theme updates. This assures you are staying as safe as possible.

How do you help with security?

Security is pretty important to your site, so it is VERY important to us. Along with your plugin and theme updates, we provide a broad range of security features directly and in partnership with WPEngine, our hosting provider of choice. Did we mention that all Support Shield plans come with industry leading website hosting at no additional charge?

Do you help with SEO?

SEO is a marathon and not a sprint. While we do not directly “manage” your SEO, we do include content update services in our PRO and Enterprise plans. Fresh and unique content is a very valuable when it comes to SEO and ranking in the leading search engines. We can say with a high degree of confidence that if you leverage our content services and are diligent about providing regular updates, your rankings will improve.

How many updates can I do a month?

Want to change some text or swap out some images? There are no limits to these types of updates you get in a given month in our PRO and Enterprise plans. With that said, if you have additional work that you need which is outside the scope of your warranty, we have you covered there too and can introduce you to some great developers.

How long do your updates take?

We like to tell folks we will get all updates completed within 48 hours. Does that mean you will have to always wait 2 days? No way! Frequently updates are completed same day. Holidays do happen however, so we want to make sure our developers get a break once in awhile.

How do I change content?

Changing content of any type is a breeze. Just click on this link and put in a support ticket and you will be added to the queue right away! If we have any questions, we will reach out and ask.

Can I cancel at any time?

Of course!  You can cancel anytime and you will be free to submit tickets for the remainder of your subscription term.

Do you ever share confidential information?

Great question! We will never share your confidential information. In fact, when sharing information with you, we will take great care to assure your information and secrets are safe with us!

What are your hours?

We are available to recieve tickets 24/7/365!

Do you offer phone support?

We do not. While we are a US-based support team, it is much easier to work electronically via our ticketing system. In some cases, our agents will initiate a chat session with you to better understand your problem however direct phone support is not available as part of our plans.
